WE HAVE MOVED! Generations Theater Company is now performing at the Junction City Grange – 1420 Kalmia Street in Junction City.

Seating

Theater doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Due to the staging of this show, we ask that all guests are in the auditorium and seated 15 minutes prior to showtime. 

All performances begin promptly. Every audience member must have a ticket before theater entry.

Handicap seating is available. Please notify as soon as possible via email so we may accommodate your needs.

Some performances may contain flashing lights, which may not be suitable for those with epilepsy or light sensitivity.

Child age recommendations: For maximum enjoyment by all ticketholders, we recommend children be at least 5 years of age or older. Children under the age of 5 are permitted with an accompanying adult. This policy is in place as a courtesy to our performers and other patrons. We reserve the right to politely ask misbehaved children to leave the theater area if they are continually disrupting other patrons.

Late Seating: We do not guarantee late seating after a performance begins. Late seating may or may not be permitted at the discretion of the director at an appropriate break in the action. As a courtesy to our performers and other patrons, latecomers may be seated in an alternate location designated for late arrivals and take their original seats at intermission.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds: All orders are considered final. No refunds, exchanges, substitutions, or replacements will be issued, except in the case of performance cancellations.

Recording Devices: The use of digital devices such as cameras, camera phones, tablets, and all other recording devices are not permitted in the theater. Please silence all devices while in the theater.

Dress Attire: Although some of our patrons like to bring a jacket or sweater to the theater, there is no dress code. Please dress comfortably.

Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside the theater.

Disruptive patrons: House management staff reserves the right to escort disruptive patrons from the theater at any time.

Our greatest desire is to offer an enjoyable theater experience to all patrons. Generations Theater Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. When conducting your transaction online, we may collect personally identifiable information. Any financial data is kept only to properly record your transaction, and your payment card information is never kept on-site, nor is it ever transmitted to anyone or any company.

Safety: Generations Theater Company’s goal is to continue producing live theater as safely as possible. We will continue to adhere to and adjust our operating protocols as public health guidelines evolve. Ticket purchasers will be notified by email if any precautions necessitate a change in seating, or if a show is rescheduled. We recommend checking these guidelines closer to your event date for the latest information.
